Back story

Crown Family Jewellers are fine jewellery specialists and are proud to be part of a long family tradition of jewellers. The business culture fosters passion and dedication and customers visiting the store are warmly welcomed by the friendly and helpful staff. Jewellery of unsurpassed quality, exceptional customer service, strong business management and custom design are cornerstones to this family business.

Since 1978, they have imported unique gifts and Italian jewellery when Maria and Giovanni Antonaglia OAM opened their first store, Maria’s Fine Gifts & Jewellery in Brisbane, still in operation today. Crown Family Jewellers was later launched in Indooroopilly, Westfield Chermside, Aspley and Westfield Carindale. Daughters, Angela, Luisa and Francesca, joined the company, each securing their own credentials in commerce, business management, gemmology and arts.

Crown Family Jewellers was awarded Australian Jeweller Retailer of the Year (2011) and Francesca has been Vice President of the Jewellers Association of Australia.

Crown Family Jewellers are proud to be a major sponsor of Operation Smile. Supporting many non-profit organisations over the years has earned Giovanni an Order of Australia Medal.

Travelling the globe to find the best diamonds, Crown Family Jewellers are certified Antwerp Diamond Brokers. This means they hand select diamonds in the diamond capital of the world, Antwerp, and bring them home to create beautiful masterpieces for their customers. They source gold from Italy and precious gems from Brazil.

Placing particular emphasis on the exceptional and unique, they seek to create or find designs that are original, specifically tailored to radiate their client’s individuality. A wide range of White Diamond, Australian Chocolate Diamond, Fancy Yellow Diamond and Argyle Pink Diamond engagement rings, most with GIA certificates, in a variety of cuts and carat weights are available. Crown Family Jewellers are Brisbane’s White Diamond specialists.

Complimentary after sales service

Customers may bring back their purchase for a free clean and polish as well as an inspection of the setting to ensure all gemstones are secure after any knocks the pieces may have experienced.
